FAQ

Questions we get asked

How do I know the product information is accurate?
Every product page reads from our formulation catalog at the moment you load it. If an ingredient list, serving size or allergen note isn't published there, it doesn't appear here — we never fill gaps with estimates.
Can the concierge tell me what to take for a health condition?
No. The concierge talks about routines, lifestyle goals and what our formulations contain. It won't diagnose anything, discuss treating a condition, or advise on medication. For anything health-related, please talk with your own healthcare professional.
How do I avoid an ingredient or allergen?
Enter what you want to avoid in the pack builder before running the formulation review — it checks your selections against our live rules and tells you what it flagged. You can also read the allergen section on any catalog page.
What is a pill count, and what do AM and PM mean?
Pill count is how many pills of that formulation go into a sachet. AM puts it in your morning sachet, PM in your evening sachet, and BOTH places it in each — so a 2-pill BOTH selection means two pills twice a day.
When is my pack made?
After you order. Nothing is pre-bagged: your sachets are filled to your selections and dated, then shipped to you.
Can I change my pack later?
Yes. Rebuild it whenever your routine changes and the next fill follows your new selections.
Are these products regulated as medicines?
